We’re on the hunt for a Healthcare Recruiter who:
Can talk to anyone, from a brand-new grad to a seasoned ICU warrior.
Loves the thrill of matching amazing people with life-changing assignments.
Understands that "white-glove" service means treating every traveler like a VIP.
Wants to grow with a team that values authenticity, hard work, and a little goofiness.

What You’ll Do
* Source, screen, and build strong relationships with travel nurses and healthcare pros.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: from outreach to offer.
* Be a trusted partner and problem-solver to our travelers.
* Keep our CRM fresh, organized, and humming.
Collaborate with a supportive team that’s as dedicated as it is fun.

* Have 1+ year of experience in recruiting (healthcare a big plus, but not required!).
